By accessing or using CaptchaChaos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in the United States.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

CaptchaChaos is a browser-based game available at captchachaos.com. We offer:

• Free tier: Access to Tier 1–2 captcha challenges at no cost.
• Chaos Pass (monthly): $2.99/month — full access to all difficulty tiers, multiplayer, and daily challenges. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
• Chaos Pass (annual): $15.99/year — same as monthly, billed annually.
• Session Pass: $1.99 one-time — 24-hour full access.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at camsmithx99@yahoo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By purchasing a subscription or pass, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable amount.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Because CaptchaChaos delivers digital content that is immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

• Subscriptions: If you are charged for a renewal and contact us within 48 hours of the charge, we will issue a full refund and cancel the subscription.
• Session Pass: If the pass did not function as described due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we will make it right.
• General requests: Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind purchases where the content was accessed. We evaluate all requests individually and aim to be fair.

To request a refund, email camsmithx99@yahoo.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, or exploit bugs to manipulate game scores or the leaderboard.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

All game content, design, and code are owned by CaptchaChaos. CaptchaChaos is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google or reCAPTCHA in any way.

Stock images displayed within gameplay are sourced from Flickr via loremflickr.com under their respective licenses.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all images will load correctly. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaptchaChaos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or via notice on the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.
